Do you feel like you should be so much further ahead in your fitness journey? Do you feel like you could do so much better and now feeling frustrated that you don’t have the results that you want? Are you at the stage where you are sabotaging as you feel like its pointless anyhow? Or do you just need direction and want someone to tell you exactly what to do and when? Or like many others where you just have no idea where to start?
Then you are in the right place!
I didn’t even start my fitness journey until 33 or so. I’ve had 4 babies and I’ve struggled with my weight since my second child. I’ve had body image issues as long as I can remember and have personally encountered and experienced emotional eating, self sabotage then the self hatred that follows.
What I have learnt is that we all have similar but different journeys, we all have a story to tell and experiences to share. My hope for you is that I can teach you all that I have learnt in my journey in “learning to love” myself and my journey in “learning to approve of myself”. I say “learning” because even now I am still learning. The journey is remembering that we all are human, and that being on this journey know that you already are perfect just as you are. Always remember that you are on this particular journey for a reason. This is your journey and yes of course at the end there is a destination and I would be honoured to help you get there.
My Coaching is a lot different than others. We work on a long term view with different phases tailored personally to suit your goals. I’ve had many coaches in the past where they help you to lose the weight on short term goal. But then what happens when the coach is gone? If you haven’t learnt the mindset- in which I never did- you’ll regain that body fat plus more. This is why I work on a long term view to teach you the mindset, to ensure that little by little you’ll have the confidence in your new mindset to take back control on your life.
You’ll start to feel more empowered, more in control of your life. You will become a complete different person inside and out and that confidence within will shine through like never before.
Realise the moment that you shift your mindset to focus on what you do want, you get into a flow. Eventually this new lifestyle change will start to feel natural. You’ll find that fitness level that works for you to bring out the best YOU. Best of all this will fit around your life!
